Summary
Yozakura sees herself as someone with a respectable career, now in a position to look after newcomers—in other words, she considers herself a bit of a veteran “office lady boss.” She’s constantly worried about being a burden to her subordinates, always careful to correct them politely and with a smile… Yet those around her see her as cold and emotionally distant. Even though she tries to be mindful of how she speaks, her words often come off as curt. One of her direct subordinates is Ootsu, a rookie. Despite being new, he works hard, is competent, and is well-liked. Yozakura herself sees him as a promising talent worth mentoring, so she naturally puts a lot of effort into guiding him.
